Some one cut a hole then put sheet rock in. the edges look like tape and mud. Could have been repaired damage or intentional cut 4 access
Talk to a dr about naltrexone, AA does wonders. LCDC'S are chemical dependency specific counselors. Never lose sight of this confession! GL

I'm glad to hear it, depression is a beast that I have helped others face as a counselor but I know I don't take them to their destination

Get some! I do encourage you to shop around as needed and not become discouraged if a provider doesn't mesh well with you there are many 1/2
