I'm 40. I have no responsibilities because I made the sacrifices I had to. It's not easy by any stretch, but nothing worthwhile is.
Neither is necessarily better, but don't pick one side of the fence then say "Must be nice to be on that side of the fence."
Then don't complain about not being able to travel. We all make our choices. Some choose stability, some choose freedom.
