3/? That I did not want to cheat. I became proud of my stats and I still show friends and family how long I have gone.
I made a promise that if I ever cheated I would start the tracker over again. It also helped that my smoking friends understood (2/3)
What helped me was I would look at my tracker and how far I had come.
Just reached 900 days as a non smoker a few weeks ago. Let me know if you need any advice!
