Why would they ask/look it up by UPC? They would ask for Serial Number. I’m sus on that “Customer Worker”.There is a universal UPC that the manufacture uses but a good portion of companies use their own, even outside of Black Friday. And if this is in the USA, They have to legally have a 1-3 manufacturer warranty on their products.To me it sounds like it either was past the M.Warranty and gave you a BS reason or they gave straight up lied to you
That all depends on the shop and brand…BF sale on a console isn’t made cheaper just bundled differently which usually is just a free game. In this case it’s a matter of value to you, like, do you like Mario Kart 8 (or whatever is in the bundle)? After working retail, if the item wasn’t already in the shop, it’s not a “new” UPC.Other things I have no knowledge
