Truly wish you the best of luck, it took me 1 whole month of being an utter miserable bastard using the patches, but managed to do it from 1st January, and by the 31st, I was completely off the patches and could just do without.I'm about 8 years off them now - I've managed to resist all and any relapses even with some toxic people in my life trying to sabotage and give me more cigs.
