1404 Cole place rd, Chester, Illinois, just found this little jem on Zillow, these are the kind of places im talking about. cheers
It's a drive to find work though, it's the trade off for cheap living. But it's way cheaper to own out here then rent.
Randolph county, monroe county is better on taxes though. St. Clair county is good on cheap living too. Towns with 1000 or less people
Smaller towns, red bud, Chester, pickneyville, shawneetown, will give you that. And the people are friendlier
The little towns will give you that. I own a three bedroom with 2 garages that I pay 650 on a month. Rent is even cheaper in the
Perryville of Missouri is ten times better though. It's right across the bridge to Illinois; cheaper gas, taxes, living expenses, housing.
Go for the smaller towns of southern Illinois if you have to go Illinois, pickneyville, redbud, shawneetown area .

I don't think it needs to count as a sale they still get paid upfront. In that if you lose a gift card the restaurant still got paid.
