Hate to tell you this but non-profit housing still costs the public money and the companies usually make money in a roundabout way

The Walmart one seems misleading, they target lower income areas and lower income usually brings more crime due to lack of opportunities
They have very strong necks and like deer, usually use their antlers to push through brush
If these apartments go into foreclosure the tenants are often removed by the bank as well. Maybe people should understand both sides...
A lot of my clients have tenants refusing to pay even though nothing has changed for them personally. Landlords are not always the bad guys

I wasn't a fan of the way the locals treated the city from what I saw. I don't think tourists were throwing full garbage bags in the canal

Small cities tend to have more issues just like small companies. People tend to have many roles which takes away checks and balances
