Both; lived there for almost a year and literally didnt hear about one violent crime EVER happening. I'm sure some happened, just not shared
Their murder rate is ~0.38 to the US' 5. We publicize everything. You RARELY hear about crime on the news in singapore (used to live there)>
De-popularize criminals. Lots of shootings involve doing it for a "movement" or "equality", and if you take away the fact that the shooter >
