Why would local authorities push an illegal Chinese fishing vessel into a pedestrian walkway?

I kind of like how it forced me to succinctly summarize my thoughts and feelings on a topic because otherwise I tend to run on and on and my comment has less impact when it has multiple parts to it so I like keeping it short because it was a great way to condense my thoughts which is better because brevity is the soul of wit and overall a better way to get someone to read the whole message and I think that's a good thing because people tune out when reading comment on imgur takes too long IMHO.
What did I miss?
I mean aren't all animals a colony of single celled organisms working together??

It depends on where you live, honey bees we use for honey are exclusively European
Oh buddy buckle up, honey bees are very damaging to local bee populations, driving some to extinction
I'll be honest if they're non native bees it's better for the local eco system
