I'm younger, but old enough that I thought they were beyblade parts.
I did exactly this last week. I didn't call or chat, but I made a crisis plan and shared it with my spouse. I think the toughest thought to deal with is that the feeling will remain forever, and nothing will change. It helps to write down the thoughts and see how untrue they can be when you come out of the darkness.
Obviously, Nurse Joy is amazing, but I really love the first outfit! Goals!
