Yeah, I think it's obvious that the cops screwed up here, but the reasoning in this post is extremely flimsy
Apparently he's been doing other less funny stuff, like dumping a car with the wheels removed in front of her driveway.
According to google, she dumped him for cheating on her, but she also thought this was funny and encouraged people to keep calling.

In the US everything varies from state to state. In SC, a law degree is not required to be appointed, however in this case she's (1/2)
She's also a municipal summary court judge, which doesn't involve a lot of especially complex cases. Clerk experience is v relevant here.
They didn't vote to "block" it, they rejected an argument that lack of immunity constitutes a disability. This is on legislature to fix.

It's still good to keep enough dry/canned/frozen goods on hand to last in the event of an emergency. Don't always get a warning in advance.
The actually sad thing is that this guy is a better interviewer than most US hosts - asks questions and allows Pepe to respond uninterrupted

Because there are things that fall under all of these categories that wouldn't technically be "rape". Level 1 is more for stuff like groping
