Yes. Actually this demo runs after the program ends since the sprite are set in motion and nothing more is done.
It's running on FPGA, (The Ultimate C64) so I guess you would call that Hardware based emulation.
I'm not sure as I've not found a way to get it high enough in the air, however unlike the 2 meter mag mount on my truck, this antenna is directional. The design is idea for fox hunting (finding hidden transmitters) as a handheld.
Do a little research into the last few years of his life & you might understand why he was charging $20 for an autograph. Tasteless post.

Mod it for PAL games
Bringing these back to life isn't for Internet use. It's fun and running old software on the original hardware is part of it.
Yeah, I guess the older PC stuff is starting to be collectable as well, but they made a metric ton of it, so my conscience is clear.

actually there was a BBS program for the C64 which could load from tape. The entire system ran in memory once it was loaded..

Skip the 64HDD cable and get a SDIEC device.
Those power supplies are known to kill the unit. They didn't age well. The 5v side tends to rise until chips inside a fried.
