You can charter planes to fly you in. It's expensive, but totally worth it. You basically co-exist with a bunch of wild bears. Like a commenter said, they really don't care about you - they have plenty of salmon. But I still wouldn't want to travel too far from lodge alone and get lost.
There are planes that will fly you in. Expensive, but it's a really cool experience.

This is one of the scariest places to get lost. It's where all the bears migrate to for the salmon run. They're everywhere. And it's fly-in only, so there is literally nothing around. I highly recommend the web cams though!
Lobster Tails are SO good. I can't even describe how good the cream filling is.
