Couldn't agree more, the scratchy, jittery nature of the silent film is so unnerving.
I have that on my list of things to try and accomplish sometime... sometime:)

I use a mix of Micron pens, dip-pens and brushes. Mostly Microns though.

Agreed, the full pixel movement in Photoshop makes it hard to do very subtle movement. I'll see what I can figure out on the next one. Tks!
Thanks for the tips @Viperr101! I agree, I've lessened the lightning on the next version and I'll keep the head more connected next time.
