Mamoru Oshii puts a ton of focus on setting a stage and a mood. His Patlabor 2 film is an even more extreme example of this. It's an extremely tense pol-mil thriller with some of the most hauntingly beautiful imagry.

Me, getting 2-3 deliveries per week seeing the Amazon truck pull up in front, the driver looks down - drives up two more houses. He gets out and still uses my walk as I am the only one to have shoveled to the street.
