As someone from a very cold country, I always found Scotland to be in perpetual autumn when I lived there.
Not saying it's a good thing though. Politeness should always be encouraged.
I think it depends on where you live. In my country most people don't even exit through the door next to the driver.

I'm from Estonia and I've never seen this before. Where did you have it?
I think the only significant difference with Finland is that we are still not as wealthy. The past is haunting us :(
We have a lot of medieval stuff, castles etc. And 50% of the land is covered in forests and bogs. Come and visit! (3)
It's as cold as Finland. We speak Estonian which is very similar to Finnish. We are poorer though but doing great overall (2)
A digital wonderland, everything from signing documents to voting, paying taxes, getting prescription medicine etc is online (1)
It's on Estonian Netflix but only the first three seasons :/
