I hit Imgurite with a comment about how any Alabama man would recognize his sister's pussy. Stay classy, Imgur. Furry albums and other such things available upon request, if that's your thing. For quick reference for my own sake: ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Wait, so... If you cast him for 1{U/R}, he is instead "the first player in NFL history Stud."? Does Cleave make him old or something?

The justification of being afraid of someone on the other side of a door is greatly damaged when you yourself open the door to engage.

4 is the artist's reinterpretation of Marceline, 6/11 are of their OC Yonu (who is a boy if that matters to you)

It's helpful to remember that there's no such thing as "close" in RNG. You can't influence in any direction, so each failstate is identical.

You recall very incorrectly. 2024's MFJ standard deduction is $29,200. No low-income couple is ever going to have deductible expenses under the current system that exceed that.

It's okay, you don't need comfortable clothes when you're AI generated

You'd be right, IF it were ever practical for low-income folks to itemize deductions, which it hasn't been since Trump's TCJA in 2017.

tbf, social security income is only taxed if you have other income sources, and always at a lower rate. Not a FUNDAMENTALLY bad system

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not even close. And what's even dumber, it was HIS Tax Cuts And Jobs Act that changed the deduction framework to make itemizing irrelevant!

Okay, I fully understand now. Usually a corp's purchase of investment items won't impact taxable income, but they can at times be considered deductible business expenses (as you're presumably doing) if you're VERY careful. Bear in mind, though, you'll still owe income tax on that stock value whenever those investments are liquidated, or if they're transferred from the corp to you as a noncash distribution. In this way, it's a useful income deferral tool, but still notably not a tax dodge.

No, I fully understand that it's an LLC electing S-corp taxation. By my understanding, though, that doesn't change the fact that the ordinary business income is supposed to pass through to somewhere. For what it's worth, I'm an Enrolled Agent who also does this for a living. Of course, it's always possible that I'm wrong anyway, as I've been known to be from time to time.

Alright. For a simple reference I'd point you towards https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-news/fs-08-22.pdf page 4, last two lines of the S-corp section. Beyond that, there's little I can do to convince you, short of going over your 1120-S and K-1 with you and/or your tax pro point-by-point to clarify. Best of luck to you, and be careful out there, folks.

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding you, but if your business's income exceeds its expenses (which it hopefully does!), that ordinary income ought to be reflected on your K-1 regardless of whether you've taken distributions or not, therefore still flowing through to your 1040. The business's income can't just go unassigned. The typical main tax advantage in a small S-corp is that for some non-wage distributions, you can ignore FICA taxes. It's nice, but not as much of a cheat as sometimes portrayed!

In my experience they're rarely that beneficial, but I'd be curious to hear your explanation on how that "no tax thing" works.

Enrolled Agent here: pretty inaccurate. Mainly, you do have to pay taxes when you get paid in stock. The Reddit comment also explains well.

Yep, as much as I may enjoy watching him work, interfering with a police investigation just because you like the defendant is unacceptable.

I do think the rats could probably kill any of the non-hawk animals eventually. However, the trouble with rats is that each can only do damage when it's able to cling on. I just can't see that happening fast enough for me to want them on my side, and as enemies I can't help but feel that if my allies and I can stay moving well enough, the rats won't be able to do enough before they get squished or shredded.

If you pick the rats or any of the smaller-number animals, it's too easy for some of your large foes to ignore them and rush you down

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Some can swarm the hunter, and I want wolves as bodies to live long enough for the hawks to work their way down the line

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Y'all are sleeping on the hawks. As enemies, there's no defense against their maneuverability and damage. They'd just kill you every time.

Note that most people will get no tax benefits under the current laws, as it only helps if you choose to itemize your deductions.
