Out for the first time in weeks and this makes me miss my floofy goofy shiba monster
I’m a med surg nurse. Plus once. Plus psych. I’ve seen some shit. This made me so uncomfortable my skin is crawling.

I actually do a form of that with my psychologist and it’s wonderful. I have to make a point to do it more often
