It's both cold and hot- trouble is it's not easy to access those far ends against the back wall and this gap is only a few inches
They've frozen twice on us
Is there some trick to getting those foam insulators all the way back there? The longest pipes extend all the way to that far wall (~12ft)?
It's the interface between the basement ceiling and the floor above it, only bout a 6" gap
