mcgregor is an idol of mine because the guy has a true champions complex. not just someone who is a winner.

traditional crossfit is olympic lifting with cardio integrated and some additional exercises. Crossfit just gets a bad rap.
1/2 a good crossfit gym has trainers who are in better shape than a regular gym. just make sure you're going to a gym with smart people.
that is not how fractions work. looks like it was a square and square root in the problem,
and better for the environment, and healthier. just all around better.
i respect people who kill their own meat alot more than people who but it from stores. at least they understand what it means to kill.
