Military logic isn’t kill em all. if anything/anyone is detrimental to the soldiers or the mission it needs to be dealt with.

That second to last one is just a creepy video. The “gouged eyes” claim is probably morphed from a joke about the quality.
In Cali we have the same rights to decline a sobriety test. But the kicker was the cop said he smelt weed in the car. Idk if he smoked.
Oh ok. My buddy practiced hits rights and they still hit with a DUI even though he had a .06 at the station. Isn’t that retaliation?
If I refuse the field sobriety test and the blow test, wouldn’t that give the officer probable cause? Or give way to intimidating tactics?
