Then there's taxes, lease/financing on my facility and equipment, liability insurance, worker's comp, utilities, advertising, payroll, etc.
4-6 x 5-8 = $20-$48. Call it: $34. + Filter ($5?) + trained mechanic about half hour, gotta pay him like $10. I'm at $49 cost before profit.

First find the nearest perfect square of 179,027, then add half of 1492 (746), then multiply the whole thing by 2 and shove it up your butt!
So multiply by 2/3. Or subtract 1/3.
As bad as the current situation is, govt would do a shit job of running them. cost more money and ultimately worse conditions for inmates.
