You'd need to basically create a new sport. Women's world record marathon is 2:09:54 (Chicago, 2024) Men's world record is 2:00:35 (Chicago 2023). That's a 9+ min difference in the longest Olympic race. Everything shorter than that women are also slower. Idk what other regularly run race women can compete with men. In sports where bone and muscle density confers a significant advantage, women can't compete because biologically they are at a disadvantage.
