OK, I did not know about the X = 88 thing. I always thought the reason he keeps naming everything "X" was because he's Gen X and he's from that time in the '90s where dudes wanted to be EXXXXXTREME!!!! Maybe that's still the case, but now I'm not so sure. In light of how he's been lately, this makes a lot more sense, but it would also have to mean that he knew about that ASCII code and was a white supremacist all the way back when he tried to rename PayPal to "X."
If someone stabbed you in the gut and then took you to the hospital, would you praise them for saving your life? No, you just charge them with *attempted* murder.
