I am going to push back on this one. a lot of the things I look for are consistent with this one - bits of junk in the background and especially on the edges of the frame are the same when they go in and out of view. I am somewhat familiar with herons and this one's movement and behavior are normal. I've spent a couple minutes watching and would say this is real. Just poor quality video.

I was looking for someone to say it. Lot of artifacts around the plant behind the dogs tail whatever is behind the girls leg seems to wiggle as it goes out of frame. But the biggest thing for me is the dog seems to be an objectively bad actor. I'm struggling with this one. A lot of the weird movement could be the frame rate and extreme depth of field and I watched the whiskers, all the dots, paws and tail going in and out of view and can't spot any artifacts. Even the tiny dots on the front paws as they go in and out of view seem way too consistent for ai- even modern AIThe best I got is the pattern on the upper chest seem to get a bit weird as the head looks up but that could be the fur stretching and revealing some undercoat.
Unfortunately it disables your spell check too, so super inconvenient to have off
