One big issue with testing capacity is the availability of reagents. The supplies are hard to come by.
You can be asymptomatic and still detectable. It's more about viral load than symptoms.

I think you need time and date to get the location. And vice-versa.
The Chilean dogs don't always have sauerkraut. It is often just chopped tomatoes, mashed avocado and loads of mayo on a long hotdog.
