HIPAA? Sad story, but yikes. You can't talk details about something people can look up on the news and ID.
To be fair, regardless of gender, the second baby is always greeted with less fanfare.
It makes me sad to think how many of these just ended up in the trash. I hope not too many.
I agree, though I'm assuming he probably took the pictures before adding the lunch and having the kid take it to school.
