You'd be surprised. Any level of universal healthcare saves lives and money, so it takes a particular form of stubbornness to be against it.
According to the definition of UHC they do. UHC doesn't mean it has to be a public system, as many countries don't have that. It just means healthcare is available for all residents and they have access to it without financial hardship. As the Netherlands does have compulsory healthcare insurance, the state provides a compensation for people who can't afford the premiums.

If you can't spot that #6 is a terrible photoshop, I don't know what to tell you.
Pretty sure this is AI. This is not the kind of nest parrots make. And anyone who has bred parrots knows that this is not what parrot chicks look at all. They are ugly little scrotums at best when they are at the size in the video.

There is a lot more to say about the Photo of three year old smoker Robert Quigley. The D.C. Board of Public Healthcare declined to take action because little Robert didn't seem to suffer any ill effects from smoking. Note though that he disliked both drinking beer and chewing tobacco. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/cigar-smoking-child/
While the grave with the two headstones holding hands is indeed from 1888, the photo was likely made much later. In fact, you can still visit the grave today. It's called "Het graf met handjes" ("the grave with the hands") and this national monument is located in the Old Cemetery of Roermond, the Netherlands.
The Steinway & Sons air-dropped piano photo is misleading. The story itself is certainly true, but they were simpler instruments, than the one the soldier is playing on in the photo.
The "Two Women, minutes after Voting" photo is an early manipulated image; the polling station sign clearly has been added. To read more about this particular image (also said to depict two prostitutes paying for a taxi in Berlin) read the Fake History Hunter's article: https://fakehistoryhunter.net/2017/03/06/not-two-prostitutes-in-1920s-berlin/
