I just had my second nervous breakdown in 2 years so I get it and really feel so much for you. Depression and mental illness is a nightmare and a lot of people just don’t get how bad and debilitating it is. For me I’m just trying to take baby steps and stay positive when I can.

Yup! So rugs can be categorized by pile heights. Shag carpet is long pile and like cheap office carpet is super super low pile. It just means the length of the yarn basically.
