My brother in Christ cats have ALWAYS been pets that mainly exist outside of our homes. Its only been very recently in human history that people started keeping them soley inside

He's got a fairly wide build genetically so that will be the tough part to emulate but as for his actual muscles you likely need to lift consistently for a few years unless you take some special sauce or have godly genes
