You’ll make some mistakes from time to time and that’s ok. You’ll get more and more knowledgeable as you go. You’ll learn the science and the art of the process. You can grab a decent bread book for a few bucks, and gain some knowledge quickly. Don’t get hung up in the sometimes overwhelming complexity of the process. Just play with some wet hot flour a bit and you’ll end up with some deliciousness!
