Check fan model and number of fans in iCue. Those look like LL120

Still seems to be a lot of speculation about this topic online. Unless you are from Nvidia and know explicitly, I'd hold your tongue.

The Ti units come a few months after the initial release of the series. Happens every generation.

Just waiting for the 3090Ti. 2080Ti is going to the girlfriend at that point.
