Good teachers use good ideas they get from other teachers in addition to coming up with their original ideas to share with other teachers

There’s a program called “engage New York” that many teachers use for common core and the lessons are organized by grade- if you search
Fourth grade teacher here: not all teachers are “do it my way or it’s wrong “ teachers and those that are should retire.
