This patron saint is becoming a symbol of modern capitalism, maybe more like a blueprint
Fund of information isn't pointless but it's hardly a reliable sole measure of intellect. Problem solving, language and communication, judgement, math, visual-spatial, even musical or artistic skil can all arguably play in to someone's intellect.
Blue states should be gerrymandering and Dems should buy more radio and TV space, and pack the courts. There needs to be more kinetic pushback from domestic invasions, and the DNC needs to get the fuck out of the way of what voters want.

I'm drunk but this post is so well written and moving in it's description it reminds me of the story of how John Muir convinced Roosevelt to create the national parks. He wrote novels and books so moving, descriptive, touching that even the most grey eye would see the color and purpose in nature. I want a heroic author to repurpose women's rights in poetic, motivating rhetoric so even the most heinous reader can be turned.
