I miss old Imgur before corporate greed and algorithms took over. It was fun while it lasted and shaped part of the artist I am today. Dedicating my time to knock out glass ideas never done before and building my cabin/shop dream. Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/cellocalypse/
Haha why thank you! It'll throw really well! Once!
This is most of the front page. Shock/rage bait with minimal context and maximum virtue signalling
Preesh! I cant wait to do color variations! My friend wants white on pink because he pictures steven universe. I want one more blue focused to potentially be my new logo!
Lead free solder! Guru said solder from the beginning but learning that it was lead free was very good to know!
I have a small kit with brown and clear to touch up my other leather goods if need be along with mink oil.
I was sure to buff it in so it didnt get all over someones hands :) also I disagree on the smell! Reminds me of model paint or something haha
Thank you! I really like how she was designed to stand originally too! That tripod layout
Why thank ya! You and me both! I really enjoyed the 'wingin it' aspect of this whole side quest
Every fake, conveniently angled, photoshopped, petty ass photo like this takes away from the authenticity of us being justifiably pissed off at these massive pieces of shit.
Or maybe the photo is a fake and it shouldn't be circling around misguiding people when we have *gestures SO much actual evidence that doesn't need fluff. How about when comments that remotely have constructive criticism for the left side either gaslit to hell or mysteriously removed? Does this make me a nazi or am I trying to objectively point out how clusterfucked the imgur/reddit mentality is?
Dude this has been the fucking media for decades now and the front page is usually petty or virtue signaling shit blown out of proportion. This is how NOBODY gets taken seriously no matter who you are. We could have been focused on productive changes but HEY LOOK TWUMP GOT SMALL PLANE IN PIC WITH BIASED ANGLE HURR DURR TWUMP LOOK SHORT NEXT TO THIS PERSON ON PODIUM STEPS CONVENIENTLY CROPPED OUT.
I try to give at least an 1/8th inch of wiggle room for that scenario. The left one actually didn't want to get its act together so I flip flopped them. Problem solved. Was really glad these were clear glass giving me some extra options to shuffle pieces around if need be.
Whelp! Shoot me a DM and a price range! The E took 50 hours to build not counting the time figuring out the template. 12x22 inches. I'd ask $2,000 on a good day and that's including the "this is my precious fricken baby" surcharge XD
I'd like to do some that are a little more focused on pricing as opposed to maniacal ambition buuut who knows where the pencil takes me when I'm left unsupervised
I can tell! And on top of that you have to put up with idiot drivers on the road everyday?! My commute to an Atlanta railyard a decade ago practically drove me to divorce!
My personal bias is wanting to do Voyager or the Defiant
I can appreciate your perspective but they wanted to try to stay true the original. Might've helped to keep the black backing on it but the address placard was way outside my range of abilities so they called an architech friend to take care of it. FWIW it's a really quiet cobblestone street that your suspension demands you drive slowly on.
Not within our realm of abilities haha. That gold leafing or whatever the technical term is involves a whole other load of wisdom and tools!
You unknowingly signed up for all the maniacal updates when you befriended me XD ๐๐โก
Why thank ya! Really nice dude to chat with. I've only made two more of em since my abilities expanded. I need to organize my gems and see if I have enough to make a new one!

I definitely agree. Kinda made me sad to have to admit how flawed the N64 controller was and get over the nostalgia bias. That Z trigger was just too damn cool to use with Goldeneye.
and it'll still be around for when we can get to it haha. I'll be sure to let ya know in advance if I'm planning a trip to WI and pack my glass tools!
No pressure! Glass often takes forever and so does finding the right repair person! Had a gentleman that had to wait for five years before he found my contact info to fix his panel.
DM me pics if you'd like and I can at least offer some insight and who knows, it might just be a valid excuse for visiting my home state right above ya!
Those are honestly more on the industrial side of things and not anything I've encountered personally. The most of what we do is highly recommend plexiglass on the outside to protect against the elements or landscapers if necessary. That's mainly a church window issue as they're more vulnerable to accidents or vandalism.
Southeastern US!
If I could speculate, the prior owners most likely installed due to the address placard being difficult to read and not knowing who to contact for a replacement/repair.
Yes! I stole their panels, took their money, restored them, and there was NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT MUAHAHA
