Not a turboprop, but the differences are minor. This is an open fan engine (or unducted fan or propfan). It's closer to a turbofan (conventional passenger jet engine) without the shroud since the fan matches the turbine rotational speed, whereas a turboprop is geared down to a lower rotational speed.
Hopefully legitimize taking his name off too when a future president takes all the tacky "gold" shit off
