Fully support body modification, but I am sad she didn't do any nude scenes pre-reduction.

Almost everything the Tolkien estate has licensed for use has already been depicted. Until such time as materials outside of the Hobbit and LotR trilogy are licensed and thus includable, I'm not interested in any more non-canon films/shows.

That was quite strange. It's like an alien writing a book about a human but then in the movie the human suddenly starts pounding herself with a dragon dildo to assert superiority.

The movie does that a lot, mentioning a problem out loud in dialogue but then totally forgetting to show how it was solved.

Yeah. Also they said "our atmosphere would kill Rocky" but never mentioned that it's high pressure and hot and that he would catch fire. Sure they showed him smoking but I don't think most of the audience understood why. Also was sad there was no Stratt being bad-ass in the movie. Could've had the "surrounded by the army in court" scene instead of the pointless karaoke scene. Also they call out how getting the energy to fuel the ship is a problem but don't show the solution to it in the Sahara.

There is some kind of fuck-shit going on with the marketing for that game. Normally when my articles feed has stories about a game I don't care about I can tell it "Not interested in (title)" but like half my feed is shit about Crimson Desert and the only option is to mark it "not interested in video games".

I'm glad it means the bubble is starting to pop, but as far as AI products go I got quite a lot of laughs out of Sora videos. Good riddance to the evil uses, but I'll remember the good ones fondly.

It's hard to be excited about the Senate Launch System. Pork-barrel project that costs four billion dollars per launch.

You make jokes about murder victims but saying someone is annoying is crossing the line?

Powerful 'tism is the price you pay for that much plant knowledge. To me the bigger problem is that half the recipes are really cool if a bit of work and the other half are horrific-tasting mess because the recipe standards are those of a person who enjoys the taste of raw flowers.

Is it normal for a goalie to be that far away from the goal?

Statistics. "X category has a fifty percent higher chance of smoking than Y category" and the like is useful information.

Probably the largest ratio of punishment to harm for any criminal act in history. There are tens of thousands of laser strikes on aircraft every year and a grand total of zero deaths *ever*, yet it will still get you five years in prison.

Don't throw HW in with this lot. He raised the top marginal tax rate, eliminated several tax loopholes for the wealthy, and *increased* bank regulation with the Financial Institutions Reform act of 1989. His middle east war also had a clear objective from the beginning which was accomplished in six weeks after which the troops came home. Fucking amazing president compared to his idiot son and orange Hitler.

The meme is funny although for the sake of avoiding a false impression, Lee and Norris were close friends and respected each other immensely.

Iran doesn't even need missiles. A fleet of cheap-ass drones can ruin the infrastructure of the whole region for decades.

Most capitalists are also well, not all that capitalist. They inevitably use the government to further their own profits.

#31 Very good she spat most of it out. A shot glass of salt is enough to cause fatal hypernatremia.

Pretty much everything ever made has involved at least one monstrous human being in the production.

Cape Buffalo are by far the most dangerous animal people regularly hunt. Highly, highly territorial.

Yep, and the second book is worse than the first. I got maybe a quarter the way through it and gave up.

It was pretty cool how technology just got incredibly better every year so you could constantly buy new stuff and still feel like you got a great value for your money.

Oh god, you just reminded me of that godawful novel where aliens invade and humanity is losing until the very end when fucking Dracula pops up and kills all the aliens with his vampire powers.

Wrong. Ketchup was in use starting in the 1680s and "catsup" only appeared in the 1730s.
