Don't get me wrong, I agree with your point that this must be considered and approached carefully, but it has to be able to go both ways.
"false accusation" must be equally tested on its own merit, regardless of the previous outcome.

We do, but no decent legal system would neccessitate either outcome like this. Evidence must be conclusive either way to convict.

The greater evil is mass animal farming for dumping prices. Which also hurt the farmers. People need to be willing to pay for quality meat.

Meat is only "affordable" due to terrible practises. If you buy proper meat (which you should) it will still cost you.

That's why I don't get the "holocaust denial" narrative. He didn't deny anything, just described it in the most hilariously incompetent way.
