I've been handling ferals last 13 years. They home with various reactions. Some just shut down, some attack. She's probably undersocialized and the situation is very threatening. I hope everything best for her and her babies. Thanks for the people doing this. ❤️❤️❤️
As an cat behaviorist, freezing is one form of pure fear. This cat is nowhere near calm, it's really anxious and fearful.

Can you ask help from the nearest rescue organization? At least here in Finland, we usually helped in cases like this. Sometimes cats get so spooked you need to trap them, but the success rate was really high. I wish everything best for you and the cats. It's horrifying you have to go through with this.

Yeah, we are on IVF, but we still have two frozen embryos left. After that it would be fostering or adoption probably, or we haven't ruled anything out.

Four and half, around halfway through
Today is the third day for me and I realized, when my partner said "it will get better again", that it feels hard to think about. Because then there would be nothing concrete reminding about this pregnancy and this child. Our child died, but there's no body anymore. I was pregnant three days ago, but I am not anymore. There will be the due date, but no child anymore. Grief and sadness are only things there are reminding. Feels wrong to just continue and let go
I gave birth yesterday and it went as well as it can go, I suppose. Now everything just makes me cry, but that's normal as well, I suppose. The baby had umbilical cord around his neck and in a knot which probably was the contributing factor here. Thank you for asking. ❤️

Thank you. I actually have a therapy contact already, I had depression some years ago when we went through not having children and then IVF. I will probably give them a call soon, and my partner agreed to participate as well. Luckily we're well taken care of. ❤️
