I can see this play out in my school reports.

They also don't view women as 'people'.

NB: the men at the bar did nothing. Certain types of men like to act like they "will protect women" and "women need us for protection" .. but so very often they do nothing, just like the other men watching.

Well maybe. Either way it took a lot of work for her to get that built. It doesn't happen all-of-a-sudden by accident.

Yeah when I ban-hammer some shit my kids are watching, it's mean pranks, bullying, the stuff lacking empathy and glorifying cruelty. Most places are good at filtering swearing/gore/sexy content from kids stuff, those are easy to do. Apparently it's hard to check and filter for morally-degenerate.

Urgh hit enter too soon.

I was naive and unknowledgable enough such that when I was touched inappropriately as a child.. I knew it was wrong, it felt wrong, and he was secretive but not excessively so. I didn't know just how wrong it was and without having had any of these types of conversations it was really hard for me to ever tell anyone. I didn't have the words and I was afraid of how everyone would react and that I would be blamed.

In my family I think there was an assumption that we'd be safe, or maybe that we'd know 'this is wrong'.

Blowing up the Houses of Parliament? Well, it links it back to a previous plot to overturn the government. It's also a good metaphor for blowing up and getting rid of ideas and routines and rules that seem solid and insurmountable. After all, everything is made up. Completely made up.

This doesn't make any sense. AI bot?

Mm, it's both. America pushes (sells) their cultural exports, others lap it up. It's a two-way street. But why is the US so dominant? Isn't that weird?

When you're ready to end it, nothing to lose ... you could try making a radical change instead?

Don't do it for them but their innocent children. Their daughter died a horrible, preventable illness and she was innocent. She didn't deserve that.

Losing your child is a parent's worst nightmare. They're doubling down because the alternative is admitting it was their own fault.

For the record: measles infections are known to damage and 'reset' the immune system.

I have never heard before a link between cancer and vaccinations. I guess if you're dead, no cancer.

Wasn't he the son of Servillia? Caesar had a long term affair with her.

Flu isn't going to give you a pass and not fuck you up because your shit-for-brains parents prayed instead of getting you vaccinated.

As an example, some strict Muslims won't accept vaccinations that contain pork gelatin as an ingredient. There are usually alternatives available though, but they might not be as good. For Christians I've never heard of a religious objection. The thing is though, diseases don't care about your religion. If you have a transplant, or shit even just needing one, you'll be at serious risk of death from diseases like flu for the rest of your life.

Vaccinations are a health decision, not a political or ideaological decision. If you make the decision based on ideaology and not health requirements you're a dumbass.

It's spreading widely among animals and livestock. It's not spreading not human-to-human yet as far as I know, which is an important distinction for sure.

Unchecked and unreported spread through livestock does increase risks for mutations (increasing odds of it going h2h), as well as the animal -> human cases making people sick, + the egg/dairy/meat shortages/price rises.

Why would you do it in the US? Go to Sweden for it.

These fundraisers are likely scams though

Hundred of thousands? The Nazis murdered millions.

What's the process for striking off lawyers for malpractice? This is what needs to be done. Anyone aiding and abetting Trump's dismantling of the US needs to have their career taken away. They need consequences for the evil they do.

It's inhumane.

Marital rape was legal in most places until the 1980s. Probably still is in some places. "Traditionally" women were not allowed to vote or own property or get finances in their own names or work after marriage.

Their kids are innocent and don't deserve this.

How much of this is younger people anyway vs older people with the hateful senile dementia setting in.

Oh and I'm all for holding CEOs and their C-suite friends to account for legal and moral violations. If they make decisions that cause the business to do X and Y bad thing, they should be held to account for it and not 'the business entity' or whatever bs they use to worm out of responsibility.

Good leadership absolutely helps a business. I don't think the answer is to do away with CEOs but to hold them and business practices to account.

There is an emphasis on profits. It should be legally mandated that ethics and human welfare are prioritised above profit in ALL business.

The power of CEO should be reigned in. Leadership doesn't have to be authoritarian/free-reign to do whatever.

Are the underlying principles any different? It's still all about behaviour - what you see on the outside. Not how the person feels inside. That's why it's wrong.

Not even to make their lives easier necessarily, but because normies are pathologically OBSESSED with fitting in. No autistic parent who has any understanding of autism would ever put their kids through it. Just the idea of it is so gross.
