Exhausted stupid is definitely a thing. Some stories just don't translate unless you were there.
A lot of it goes back to memories of the post WWII "good old days" when White men held absolute power still. That base is scared of change.

I played it on the SegaSaturn for 8 months. Disk was scratched so couldn't finish the level. Per the guide, had like 15 minutes left.
