I get this a lot when I'm around injured people. Seeing them in pain makes me quiver.

I discovered I have depression by relating to things like this. For me, it was the book It's Kind of a Funny Story.
Not exactly. Depression is a cycle, with the spouts of it lasting a different length for each person.
