Remote nurses are getting paid more and they're giving 2500 nightly per diem to keep people from leaving but they won't just increase 2/?
My buddy works in the ICU and has been very clear that it's a shortage of nurses because they pay shit, so they can't service beds fwiw. 1/?
The realization that the kid you're holding in your arms is growing up and there's no way to stop time and hold them forever gets worse.
Just for what it's worth, the minority is supposed to be protected and should have checks and balances, even if they're stupid
