LLMs don't generate production-grade code, citations, nor reasoning. they generate *plausible* outputs. which leads to enormous (and often well-hidden) technical debt. which just places the burden of understanding, unscrambling and rewriting the inputs and outputs on the least-possible-paid human actor, later on. all the while, the LLM companies keep getting to hype the crap out of their supposed magic, (and keep buying and speculating in each other's projected future compute capacities, etc.)
