Been as 16y old girl in Paris and got screamed at by a old Lady in french as i tried to speak english to her. Buut maybe because im german..
We loose our shit (in a happy way) if a tourist tries to speak german. Like a puppy learned a new trick. -upper bavarians -not in munich tho
Been with dad around france from paris to nice by car. In between everything was cool but not in these cities.

Shouldnt be a big problem once born. Worst case flulike symptoms if the kid is otherwise healthy. Only really a problem while pregnant.
