SCOTUS already ruled that they were. So where do you get this idea that they can't? Lower courts have been be throwing on some Temporary Restraining Orders but that's it. And that's a dirty trick since you can't appeal a TRO. Meanwhile, every injunction, which can be appealed, has been won by Trump including the latest.

Government agents doing a legal action isn't creating a dangerous situation. That would clear any mob to do violence on any law enforcement officer for just about anything.
Its being reported that ICE actually apprehended several people from the restaurant. The people were angry not about the weapons but because people were being detaining for deportation.
Any shooting by either side would make national news.
Why would a citizen shoot an ICE officer doing a legal act? What happens when they shoot back?

Tax all of the churches....so they are no longer hamstrung by tax exempt status so they can make their own SUPER PAC's & openly donate money to candidates. Megachurches can preach which candidate to vote for, canvassing for a candidate would be allowed, & they could buy political ads on TV and the internet. The kind of money they could contribute overall would out pace most other groups.
