The p plane did make contact with the ground before it flipped over so I'm gonna say yes.
The pilot got 15 years in prison, served 6. The copilot did nothing to stop the crash but died of a heart attack trying to save passengers.
Looked it up on Wikipedia. 70 deaths out of 94 people on the plane. 65 were passengers and 5 were crew.
Since the clothing on both appears to be black, how do you differentiate?
