Nothing more than a power indicator light. May of had trouble with gfci/outlet losing power.

Take the step. I found it helpful to talk to someone who understood what was happening. More people than you know are going through this 1/2
Don't be fearful...and don't be afraid to switch counselors until you find the one that's for you. It took me 3 until I found the one.
Great job! Taking the first step can be the toughest. I am going through the same thing and things will get better! Be open and honest!
