My job gave us a monthly work from home lunch stipend when they gave up the office space a few months ago.
Long story short I’m sorry and I probably saw a lot of what you saw which is why I don’t do the job anymore.
The managers are but the ones that come to your house on a day to day are not and most foster care agencies are...interesting
In was a foster care case worker with a bachelors degree at age 22 I am truly sorry for your experience but they aren’t social workers!
