I was booting up my game when I saw this first time. I showed my wife.
Not sure I would do it myself. But when I saw the guide it made me make a “considering” face, so I kept it for later (now)
Can be either one! The duct leading out of the gallbladder connects to the duct leading out of the pancreas, so a blockage either place can produce that weird lack of color
